I have effectively reorganized the global regulatory affairs department of a listed pharmaceutical company from a fragmented to a fully globally aligned organization with streamlined global processes, aligned team structures and increased operational efficiency.
This experience helps me to effectively support other leaders in their work in Matrix organizations, cross-functional and multi-cultural teams. An activity I particularly enjoy is supporting new leaders to succeed in their new roles.
One of the tools I find inspiring to create self-awareness and understanding personal preferences of others is INSIGHTS MDI, for which I’m a certified trainer.
